What is the Wellness Centre?

The Wellness Centre is your personal wellbeing hub which you can access after completing the MyMynd assessment.

It consists of comprehensive learning modules for each of the indicators used in your assessment. Each module explains what the indicator is, why it is important to your mental health and wellbeing and what you can do to improve your functioning in that area. They include helpful videos, self-help tools and additional resources that you can use to improve your score and thrive.

In addition to that there are several universal modules that contain resources and practices that contribute to good mental health and wellbeing regardless of your total function score.

You can find an overview of the MyMynd indicators below.

How to navigate

To access the MyMynd learning modules, open the “Start using resources” drop down menu. Here you can see a list of all the MyMynd Indicators as well as additional universal resources. Clicking on an indicator’s name will take you into the specific learning module for that indicator. Once inside, all of the core modules follow the same basic structure and icons are used to tell you the purpose of each tool and the minimum time needed.

If you don’t know where to start, use the “Key areas for attention” section of your MyMynd report to guide you.

If you would like to access further support outside of MyMynd, click on “Find local support”. This will open the Hub of Hope, where you can search for support services in your local area.

If you require urgent support and cannot wait to speak to someone, click on the “Helplines” button. This will open a list of helplines and live chat services that you can contact for immediate support at any time of the day or night.
